Individual vs group dominance

Individual aggressiveness or dominance has nothing to do with group dominance or aggression.

Japanese are the least aggressive as individuals. They are not very confrontational in person. Yet, Japanese nation is quite aggressive and dominant.

English (Anglo-Saxon) are the least aggressive individually in Europe. Yet, English nation is the most dominant and aggressive one.

People of dominant and aggressive personality are often having most wimpy nations like those in middle-east, Africa, ect.

To make your country military and politically dominant, individuals have to be extremely loyal and obedient to the leaders with strong cooperative spirit.
