Creativity depends on many factors cluding adequate IQ, time, social condition, personality ects.

Creativity needs to think out of box or beyound common sence. Extreme form of uncoventional idea or thought is clinically defined as delution or hallucination, which are the signs of schinzophrenia. However, mild form of it without disruption of normal social life is called schizotypal personality or paranoia.

My deduction: Creativity needs schizotypal personality.

The people or culture with greatest creativity might have higher incidences or prevalence of schizophrenia in the population.
