Self-esteem vs achievement

Threshold for self-esteem is different among people. People with low threshold are often more confident and low achievers. People with high threshold are often depressed and end up as high achievers because nothing will make them happy until they conquer the world.

People with low selfesteem often set themself for higher standard to be happy.
